About me

From software entrepreneur to creative hobbyist, my adventure continues

Hi, I’m Aaron Wardle, a passionate entrepreneur, software developer, and dedicated runner. I’m the founder of a thriving software development agency, Swipe & Tap, where I lead a talented team of developers specialising in native iOS, Android, and Laravel web development. Together, we create innovative mobile and web solutions that help businesses achieve their goals and stay ahead in today’s competitive digital landscape.

My Journey
My career in technology began with a deep curiosity about how software can transform the way we live and work. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in software development and project management, working on a diverse range of projects from sleek mobile apps to robust backend systems. Starting my own agency was a natural evolution of this journey—an opportunity to bring together creativity, strategy, and cutting-edge technology to solve real-world challenges.
Leading an agency is not just about delivering great code; it’s about fostering collaboration, innovation, and trust with clients. I’ve worked with startups, small businesses, and established enterprises to turn their ideas into successful digital products.

Embrace challenges as opportunities to grow, innovate, and inspire those around you.

A Passion for Running

The guiding principles behind my work and personal pursuits

Beyond the screen, I’m an avid runner with a particular love for half marathons. Running isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s a source of inspiration and discipline that fuels my professional life. The resilience, goal-setting, and focus required to train for a race mirror the same qualities I bring to growing my business.
In 2024, I completed a half marathon with a personal best of 1 hour 52 minutes, and I’m currently training for my first full marathon in April 2025. Running is more than just a physical challenge; it’s a way to push boundaries, embrace the journey, and celebrate every milestone—values I carry into my work.
